Operator and agreement

An authorized merchant representative accepts these Terms and the Data Processing Addendum for the current store installation before commercial restock collection, sending or rule activation. Reading the Privacy Notice acknowledges its disclosures; this does not replace a shopper's separate consent.

Restock alert service

StockRecover provides restock email alerts for selected products and variants. Merchants are responsible for their products, accurate inventory, storefront setup, lawful collection and consent, privacy notices and lawful use. Do not use the service for unrelated marketing, to defeat opt-outs, or to bypass security controls.

Alerts are queued when the service observes available inventory, subject to inventory changes, provider availability, abuse controls and email delivery. The service does not reserve stock or guarantee inbox delivery, availability, delivery time, uptime or sales. It does not provide product payment or fulfillment. Any historical gross attribution is not a guarantee of net or incremental revenue.

Price, trial and billing

The restock alerts plan costs USD 19 per month after a seven-day trial. There is no annual plan or additional usage charge. Shopify presents the authoritative subscription terms and requests approval before a subscription is created or changed. Taxes, if applicable, are handled under Shopify's displayed terms.

Manage or cancel the plan through Shopify. Cancellation stops future renewal under Shopify's billing rules. An already-started billing period is not automatically refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund, a charge was incorrect, or Quiet Yield approves a refund through Shopify. Contact support for an incorrect charge or refund request. Accepting these Terms alone does not create a charge.

Privacy, safety and ending service

The Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum form part of this agreement. We may pause collection and sending for privacy, security, lifecycle or access concerns. Unsubscribe, privacy access and safe rule disable or deletion remain available without a paid plan or agreement acceptance. Uninstalling stops service; Shopify can send a later erasure request. Erased tenant data is not restored by reinstalling. An ambiguous installation callback can pause service until verified.

Support and service limits

Support is available Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 Hawaii Standard Time, except United States federal holidays. We target a first response within two business days. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
